At Grand View Care Center, our experienced Social Services team is here to support you every step of the way. They provide valuable guidance, knowledge, and information to help you make informed decisions about your care. If you’re interested in becoming a resident or seeking information about our services, our Social Services team is ready to assist you, including details about our Respite Care Program.
Our Social Services Director, Wanda Anderegg, is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional appointments available upon request.
Our dedicated Social Services Department will equip you with the information needed to understand your care options and assist with any financial inquiries related to your stay. They will be there to warmly welcome you and your family on admission day and throughout your residency. Whether you have questions, concerns, or simply want to chat, our team is always here for you.
Admissions

Discharge Planning
When the time comes for you to transition back to your home or to another facility, our Social Services Department is here to assist with every step of the process. Just as we strive to streamline admissions, our goal for discharge planning is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for our residents.

Transportation
Our Social Services team is here to make your experience as convenient as possible. They will coordinate appointments and arrange transportation as needed, ensuring you have access to the medical care you require.
Grand View Care Center offers a transport van to safely bring residents to necessary medical appointments for a nominal fee. We’re committed to providing the support you need, so you can focus on your health and well-being without added stress.
